COLORINES SPANISH PLAYGROUP
ADULTS AND SIBLINGS
- ADULTS
Just one adult is allowed per child. The presence of an adult is compulsory. This adult is responsible for the well-being and safety of their child/ren.
- SIBLINGS OR OTHER CHILDREN
All children attending the PLAYGROUP must be within the right age group. Any attendants would not be allowed if they don’t meet the requirements due to health and safety reasons.
If you are coming with more than one child (aged 0-4) please book a space for all of them individually.
BOOKING
We recommend booking your spot in advance via our website to guarantee availability. Walk-ins are welcome; however, participation is subject to available spaces on the day.
CANCELLATION
Missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
1:1 SPANISH SESSIONS
ADULTS AND SIBLINGS
- ADULTS
For our little learners under 5, the presence of an adult is optional. This will depend on the child’s confidence or any special needs they may have. Parents or guardians may choose to stay if they feel it would benefit the child’s learning experience.
- SIBLINGS OR OTHER CHILDREN
Siblings or other attendants who are not registered for the session are not permitted to stay during 1:1 sessions. This ensures the session remains focused and tailored to the registered child.
- SPECIAL OFFERS
Discounts are available for siblings or friends who wish to register for any Spanish session. Please contact us for more information on these offers.
BOOKING
1:1 sessions must be arranged at least one week in advance to ensure they are properly organized and tailored to your needs.
PAYMENT
All 1:1 Spanish sessions must be paid for and finalized at least 48 hours before the scheduled session through the method of payment provided on the website. This ensures your booking is confirmed and allows us to prepare the sessions to meet your specific needs. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in the session being rescheduled or canceled.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged as a completed session. We are happy to reschedule whenever possible and appreciate the advance notice.
